1. Do you ship artwork within New Zealand?
Yes — I ship nationwide using tracked courier services. Your artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

2. Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, I ship within New Zealand only. If you’re overseas and interested in a piece, please contact me directly to discuss options.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the artwork and your location. Small prints start from $6 within the South Island, and larger artworks are shipped in custom packaging at cost-effective flat rates.

4. How long will delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses may take a little longer.

5. Do you offer delivery?
Yes — I offer Studio Delivery for local customers. At checkout, you’ll be able to choose this option if you’re within the delivery area.

6. Can I pick up my order in person?
No — if you’re local to North Canterbury, you can select Studio Delivery at checkout and I will personally deliver your artwork.

7. Do you accept commissions?
Absolutely! I love creating custom artwork. Please visit my Commissions page for more details or get in touch to discuss your ideas.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards are accepted through my website’s secure checkout.

9. What if my artwork arrives damaged?
All parcels are sent tracked and securely packaged. In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos so I can arrange a replacement or solution.

10. Are your artworks original?
Yes — all paintings are original works created by me. Prints are high-quality reproductions of my originals.

11. Do you offer framing?
Framing isn’t something I provide as an extra service. However, all commission works on panel and my medium to large oil paintings on panel come with a simple black pine frame. This frame is included and removable if you’d prefer to replace it with your own choice later.
