I've orderd, whats next?
I'll stay in contact throughout the making process and provide updates and progress shots if you'd like them. Once your artwork has been completed I'll send you a photo of the finished work. Provided you're happy with it I'll package your finished art and get it ready for delivery/pickup.

How long does it take to recieve my plaster art? 
Usually about 1-3 weeks. please get in touch with me for time dependant requests.

Who completes my plaster art?
These are all original art pieces completed, signed and dated by myself - Ashleigh Ritchie.

All commissioned works will be advertised on ashleighritchie.co.nz, Facebook and instagram as a source of advertising.

How long does shipping take?
Orders (excluding Commissions) are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Can I pick up my artwork?
Yes, because these are fragile artworks I’m happy for you to pick up - I am based in North Canterbury.

Do you accept returns and Exchanges?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - in the original packaging.
