How Do I Order?
Choose the size and how many people/pets are in your desired photo for an estimated quote.
Fill out the contact form or email info@ashleighritchie.co.nz to send through your photos.
I will be in touch with you to confirm a price and completion date.
Please include any other requests.
An Invoice will be sent and a 50% deposit will be required before I begin.

What makes a good photo?
Please upload more than one photo if possible and ensure the photos are as close up and clear as possible. ( I understand that sometimes the commissions are memorial pieces, in that case please just send the photos you have available).

Oh no, a family member or pet is missing from my photo!
No worries, I can easily “photoshop” family members or pets in.

I've orderd, whats next?
I'll stay in contact throughout the drawing process and provide updates and progress shots if you'd like them. Once your artwork has been completed I'll email you a photo of the finished work. Provided you're happy with it I'll package your finished art and get it to the courier.

How long does it take to recieve a commission? 
Usually about 2 weeks. please get in touch with me for time dependant requests.

Who completes my commission?
These are all original drawings completed, signed and dated by myself - Ashleigh Ritchie.

All commissioned works will be advertised on ashleighritchie.co.nz, Facebook and instagram as a source of advertising.

How long does shipping take?
Orders (excluding Commissions) are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Can I pick up my artwork?
Yes, because these are fragile artworks I’m happy for you to pick up - I am based in North Canterbury.

Do you accept returns and Exchanges?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - in the original packaging.
